TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions and make sure you comply with them in full.

  • You agree that use of the field is at your own risk and agree not to hold The Oak Leaf Dog Park responsible for any injury to you or your dog(s) arising from your use of the field.
  • The Oak Leaf Dog Park is not responsible for any damage, loss or injury to persons or personal belongings and cars during the time they are on site.
  • The field is a large outdoor space and contains areas of uneven ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation. In addition, the field could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside.
  • You agree not to share the code with others that will be provided to you before your session.
  • It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog (s) are fit and healthy and are fully vaccinated prior to visiting The Oak Leaf Dog Park.
  • Please get in contact with us if you have a dog listed on the dangerous dog act, we will need proof of an exemption certificate and for you to sign our waiver,thank you for your understanding.
  • Please pick up and take all dog waste and general waste with you.

Entering and Leaving the Park:​​

  • Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time.
  • Please be ready to leave the park on time.
  • Please only unload your dog(s) once the previous session has exited the park and loaded their car.
  • Please do not exercise/walk your dog outside of the secure park fencing.
  • Dogs upon entering and exiting the park must be kept on a lead.
  • Please make sure all gates are shut upon entering and exiting the park.
  • The Oak Leaf Dog Park reserve the right to refuse admission to customers who do not comply with these rules.
  • Security Cameras are in use on site.

​​​Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

There is an option to reschedule your booking on the booking confirmation email. This is set to be effective if you reschedule with 48hrs or more notice. If its between 24hrs and 48hrs notice you need to send a message to 07999774405.  

Customers cannot cancel their own bookings. If you wish to cancel please send a message to  Georgina on (07999774405) with your name and the booking you wish to cancel,no less than 24hrs before your booking ( MONDAY-FRIDAY) . We understand life happens but we will be unable to refund cancellations with less than 24hrs notice.

Saturday bookings need to be cancelled or rescheduled with over 24hrs notice to recieve a refund, Sunday Bookings will only be refunded if they are cancelled before 12pm Friday or rescheduled before 12pm Friday.

This is because we need to retain some work life balance with family commintments at the weekend , and we would prefer not to be on our phones sorting out bookings during this time.

RESPONDING TO MESSAGES 

We will not respond to non-urgent enquiries after 6pm MONDAY -FRIDAY.

We will not be able take calls at the weekend, please send a message. We will reply to non- urgent messages on Monday. 

Please bear in mind that we may not be able to deal with your enquiry at the weekend due to family commitments with our children.

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.
